Taylor H. - "Hardworking"
Taylor’s story led her to Interim HealthCare in Mooresville after receiving her Human Resources certificate from UNC Charlotte. She started as an intern learning the support side of the business and later moved into Human Resources. Today, Taylor is the Director of Marketing and Recruiting, leading their community outreach efforts and recruiting caregivers for their home care clients.
The office she works in has a real family-like atmosphere. While they each have their own roles, they work together as a team to make sure clients receive the best care. As a recruiter, Taylor shows the same level of dedication to the people they employ. So, when they hired a nursing student for his first job as a CNA, she didn’t just sign him on and send him off; she made sure he had all of the necessary training to prepare him for the pediatric nurse aide case he would be supporting.
Taylor and the team work diligently to ensure every caregiver has the tools they need to succeed and they are well-suited to support each client. This is a core component of Interim HealthCare’s skills training and career development program.
